Rodney graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree majoring in accounting.
He started working at KFN in 1995 and prepares corporate and personal taxes with his many years of experience. He appreciates the personal relationships with his clients that have developed over the years.
Rodney is proud to give back to his community and has served his time on various church boards for 15 years, including church council chair and treasurer.
Rodney lives outside of Morden on a rural property with his wife, Kristen, who is also an accountant at the office. They welcomed their daughter to the world in 2023 and enjoy country life with their two dogs, and several cats.
Rodney enjoys spending time outside on their acreage and working on projects in his shop. He spends his summers golfing and going to their seasonal campsite, where he enjoys fishing and water-skiing. He’s looking forward to sharing all the things he loves with his new daughter, like fishing and travelling, and creating special memories as a family.
Tyler graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2013 and began articling at Krahn Friesen Neufeld.
In 2015 he obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant designation and became a part owner of Krahn Friesen Neufeld in 2023.
He was born and raised in Morden, MB where he currently resides with his wife Sandi, daughter Lux, and son Gage. Tyler prides himself on developing personal relationships with his clients. He strives to develop these relationships in order to best serve his clientele in an effective and timely manner.
Tyler has volunteered as a board member and hockey coach in his community. He has a passion for sports and enjoys playing golf in the summer and hockey in the winter
Kristen completed her Certified General Accountant’s designation in 2016, along with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University.
Kristen began her career at KFN in 2015. Her previous experience in the private accounting sector has made her well-versed in various accounting software programs. She now prepares corporate and personal taxes for her clients, building a valued relationship with them.
Spending most of her early adult life as a professional curler, Kristen has given back to her sport and community by volunteering with junior programs at the local club.
Kristen lives outside of Morden on a rural property with her husband, Rodney, who is also an accountant at the office. They welcomed their daughter to the world in 2023 and enjoy country life with their two dogs, and several cats.
She enjoys spending time outside in the garden, as well as golfing, fishing, and camping. Kristen and Rodney love to travel, and they look forward to including their daughter now on new adventures.
Harley has worked for KFN for over 41 years, providing personal and corporate tax preparations.
He attended Red River College and received his Business Accountancy Certification.
Over the years he has really enjoyed building personal relationships with his clients and attending to their financial needs.
Harley has volunteered in several areas within the community. Coaching minor sports, acting as a manager and trainer for hockey teams and being on boards as a treasurer for church and sports organizations. He has also been actively involved in coordinating the Corn & Apple Festival’s Show & Shine for the past 36 years.
In his spare time, he can be found enjoying his passion for vehicles or riding on his Harley Davidson. He loves watching and playing hockey, walking the family dogs, Crosby and Bane, and enjoying time with his wife Betty and kids Ty and Sandi and his precious grandkids Lux and Gage.
Bob graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1996 with a Bachelor of Commerce – Honours degree.
He began his career in public accounting immediately after graduation. He has completed CPA Canada’s in depth tax course and in 2006 became part owner in the business that is now Krahn Friesen Neufeld.
Bob has clients in a number of different industries but the majority of his clients are farmers. As such, Bob has developed specialized knowledge in farm accounting and tax. In addition, he has assisted many farmers in incorporating their farms and advised many farmers on estate planning.
In his spare time, in addition to spending time with family and friends, Bob likes hockey, reading, traveling, and dogs.
Colin is a graduate of Trinity Western University, with degrees in finance and accounting.
He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Winnipeg and Vancouver, obtaining his Chartered Accountant designation in 2006, starting work at KFN shortly after. Colin obtained his Trust and Estate Practitioner diploma and regularly engages in estate and farm succession planning.
Colin is a serial entrepreneur. His focus is on giving a different perspective and timely advice to companies and businesses, primarily in the agriculture and manufacturing sectors.
Colin serves as a board member for various technological and community development-based organizations.
In his spare time, Colin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, flying his airplane, building robots, and biking the trails in the Pembina Valley.
